Mike Pooler - Special projects fabricator & designer. Mike is a fabricator designer of the highest order. He began his career working on high profile fabrication & welding projects. Mike apprenticed under Ole Milkerson of Columbia Welding in Washington DC. By age 16 Mike was a master welder. After graduating from high school and completing his apprentice program, he attended Pacific Union College. While at Pacific Union he studied structural engineering & architecture. His formal education further developed his understanding of materials & how they interact.
After college, at age 24, he formed Aspire Design in Orlando Fl.
At Aspire, Mike combined knowledge gained from his formal education and his craftsmanship skills. Aspire excelled at metal, glass & wood design, & fabrication of artistic gates, railing, & other architectural features & structural elements. Aspire is now a leader in artistic and functional architectural embellishments integrating various materials such as metal, wood, glass & stone.
As Mike's design skills matured he began designing entire spaces making a name in the hospitality & entertainment industry with projects such as- The Wave in Clearwater, Fl., 600 North, Daytona Beach Fl. Icon nightclub, Orlando Fl., the Blueroom & the Peacock Lounge also in Orlando. Other projects include Babylon in Puerto Rico.
Mr Pooler also created Pooler Stone Works, which is a leader in designing, fabrication, installion & restoration of marble, stone, & granite. Their work is in residences in such exclusive communities as Isleworth, Singer Island, West Palm Beach, & Naples. Their projects feature the finest stonework in the country.
