Seasoned at Foley and Associates from 1983 through 2004, Craig has served as an estimator, project manager, project executive, vice president , as well as managing design consultants in conjunction with construction services groups simultaneously to achieve ownerships goals. His experience ranges from hospital, industrial, entertainment, multifamily, hospitality, educational, for private, state, county , and federal entities.

He is a L.E.E.D. accredited professional & an active state Certified G.C. in Florida.

J. Craig Foley

J. Craig Foley is a third generation general contractor with experience in almost every kind of construction. He has 28 years of formal construction experience in addition to his field work proir to college. He was educated at the University of Florida in Gainesville and worked as a tradesmen while attending the university. He has worked for some of the largest general contracting firms in North America on projects ranging in value up to $250 million. Having a very strong background in self performance of reinforced concrete structures, as well as diverse project experience, Craig formed a consulting and construction management firm in 2005, and has consulted on or built over $600 million worth of capital improvements since 2005.
