Richard "Rick" Richie literally grew up in the hospitality industry with previous generations of his family running & retiring from Holiday Inn University. He started his career in guest services going to work for the Holiday Inn renovation crew in 1983. Rick has a massive wealth of experience, having renovated over 20,000 hotel guest rooms & public spaces.

In his 30 year career he has worked throughout the U.S. for the industries top franchises including Holiday Inn, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, & Comfort Inns to name a few. Mr Richie prides himself on detailed schedules & budgets, helping to minimize disruption to hotel business & inconvenience to hotel guests & staff. His ability to manage, motivate, & coordinate personnel is unprecedented. His experience insures a successful renovation for hotel owner, staff, contractors & most importantly, the guests.
